Country Administration Specialist
Support the Country Management Department by managing relationships with local sales agents and distributors network, supporting local suppliers contract management and related approval systems.
**Key responsibilities**:
Overall local Agents and Distributors network administrative management:
Manage calendar of Agents and Distributors contracts and proactively coordinate renewal, preparation and execution
Monitor and manage compliance process, by coordinating with EMEA Agents & Distributors Committee
Collaborate with Finance department for calculation and payment of fees and commissions
Coordination of trainings to be provided for Agents and Distributors
**Support Health and Safety activities**:
Collaborate with QA/RA and legal dept for all activities relevant to H&S topics
Manage supply and correct utilization of DPIs and radiation dosimeters to all interested employees
Manage mandatory H&S requirements and documentation from Hospitals to guarantee access for Edwards employees
Collaborate with HR department for scheduling new employees' trainings and medical visits
**Country Management support**:
Local suppliers and service providers contracts management
Manage ECLM/Coupa/Cvent internal approval systems
Operative support for local internal and external communication activities, i. e.
management of editorial plan, local sharepoint, internal communication tools (Viva Engage)
Other incidental duties
**Education and Experience**:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
System affinity, e. g.
Excel, ERP Systems, Database knowledge
3+ years of experience in similar roles (Administration, contracting, Health & Safety)
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Good presentation and facilitation skills
English level B1
