- For our program organization KION Business Transformation in our local Pilot implementation in Italy we are looking for you as Local Country Lead Change & Org Enablement (f/m/d) for the area Organizational Readiness & Change Management.
As part of the local implementation team, you will drive a group-wide transformation program to standardize and harmonize the KION process and IT landscape.

- Tasks and Qualifications:
- Your Tasks:
- As Local Country Lead Change & Org Enablement, you are responsible for driving the local implementation of change management, communication and enablement tasks
- You are the main entry point and interface towards the Global Org Readiness & Change Management team by transferring concepts and localize content for the implementation region
- You are responsible for executing local change impact analysis and additional change management measures leading up towards a successful go-live of Business Transformation
- In alignment with local Communication Support, Central Communications and Corporate Communication, you are driving the information sharing within the KION local organization
- You are supporting and coordinating local stakeholder management activities
- Based on the global training strategy and defined approach, you are localizing the approach, content and material together with the local training support to ensure a smooth enablement towards go-live, including Train-the-Trainer support, Training schedule definition and Training execution monitoring
- Tasks and Qualifications:
- Your profile:
- Based on your successful university studies in economics, psychology (or comparable) you have gained practical experience in the leadership of change management packages during business transformation / IT-driven projects of an industrial group or a management consultancy.
- You have lead teams within the areas of change management, stakeholder management, communications, organizational change and training
- You understand related tools and templates that are required to effectively steer and execute the operational work of change & org enablement
- You are confident as the interface towards the central/global Org Readiness and Change Management team when aligning and executing tasks
- You are conceptually strong, set the right priorities when multitasking and can withstand the deadline pressure of a fast-paced environment.
- Thanks to your strong social skills, you know how to convince people at all levels, both internally and externally, and to assert yourself when necessary.
In an interdisciplinary, international environment, you communicate and present confidently in English.
