Country Director

Then look no further, as due to growth we are now looking for a **Country Director** to join us on our journey to revolutionise mobility in Italy, for both individuals and companies.
**The Role
As a Country Director you will be responsible for leading the Italian Business-to-Parking-Operator commercial organisation (Distribution) and oversee the wider Italian business, by collaborating and working closely with the local B2B sales team, Marketing and Business Development teams.
You'll play a key role in driving digitalization by educating and consulting municipalities and partners on our SaaS offering (Software-as-a-service), and how data can be used to optimise their businesses.
You'll be leading, guiding, supporting a team of 8 Account Managers, managing relationships with multiple Municipalities, both publicly owned and private parking operators across Italy
**You will contribute and make an impact in many ways**:
- Monitor and acquire a deep understanding of the Italian mobility market, identify trends and define opportunities
- Work with the Head of South and Central Europe to prioritise opportunities and allocate resources with the goal to accelerate growth
- Define priorities by city and and implement action plans with your team
- Establish trust-based relationships with large municipalities and parking operators, with the goal to accelerate digitalization
- Use your strategical, analytical and communicative skills to enlighten and inspire partners, customers and communities to follow our lead
**About you
As a leader you are great at organising yourself and your team to reach results and common goals.

To strategically solve problems by collecting data, analysing numbers, and presenting insights is something you have experience from and something that motivates you.

You are not afraid to involve others, to ask for help, and you know the importance of creating strong relationships internally with various teams as well as externally with customers and partners.
Your commercial background has made you skilled in negotiating and influencing the people you work with, and you create engagement and followership with your natural way of communicating clearly.
**Your background
- Commercial background, with a remarkable track record of sales / account management in a B2B environment (3 years +)
- Significant experience in a leadership/ team management role (3 years +) where you have been leading, growing and inspiring teams to reach results
- Background from a management consulting, IT and/or service industry, from where you gained technical interest and knowledge of digital services
- Experience in a multinational environment, working with people from multiple countries and multiple cultural backgrounds
- Very good knowledge of English and Italian (C1 or above)
This role is based in **Rome, Italy.
