ResponsibilitiesSupervise Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Lerdger AccountingOversee customer billing in collaboration with the internal sales teamManage monthly IAS closures and annual financial statements for group consolidationConduct quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and monthly intercompany reconciliationsEnsure compliance with VAT and fiscal regulations in Italy and SwitzerlandOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax obligations with external consultantsSupport the Transfer Pricing consultant in preparing documentationLiaise with external auditors to ensure complianceSupervise payroll processing with support from an external providerAct as the Local HR Operations Manager, ensuring compliance with labor lawsServe as the Local Privacy Coordinator for data protection complianceLead and develop a small team of three finance professionalsDrive internal process improvements and ensure ESG reporting compliance
Your Profile10+ years of experience in a similar role within a small to medium-sized company, preferably a part of a big groupStrong knowledge of Italian GAAP, IFRS, and IAS regulationsExperience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and intercompany reconciliationsKnowledge of Italian labor law and Payroll ManagementFamiliar with local and international taxation frameworks, including VATProficient in Excel and SAP S/4HANA, knowledge of other accounting and reporting tools are an avantageProven team management skills with the ability to lead and develop a small teamEmpathetic and diplomatic approach, able to build consensus and drive ideas forward smoothlyBusiness-Fluency in English.
Good knowledge of German or French would be an advantage
