We are expanding to other European countries and are looking for a

local customer advocate

for each country.

What will you do

Be the advocate for your country's customers within our company, ensuring their feedback is heard and addressed.

Ensure that our website for your country is running smoothly, up to date and the copyright is correct.

Provide

customer support

during regular work hours (9 AM–5 PM) Develop

relations with influencers and journalists Manage and coordinate the distribution of marketing materials (e. g. , bookmarks) to customers.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure excellent customer experience.

About You

Fluency in Italian.

Level C2 is a must.

Kind and customer-oriented approach.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

You live in Rome or Milan What we offer

Reporting to Head of Expansion Lívia Cadová who has been the main driver of the German/Austrian expansion and is now spearheading expansion across Europe.

Salary up to 2. 300 € Work for a successful re-commerce scale-up

that helps to re-use thousands of books every month.
