As a **Country Head of Communication** you are a strategic business partner to the CEO and local senior management on all communications topics ensuring the delivery of excellent and impactful communications at local level based on Siemens strategic priorities Technology with Purpose, Customer Impact, Growth Mindset & Empowering People.

You will be based in our headquarter in **Milan**. You will be member of the Siemens Italy leadership team reporting directly to the CEO of Italy.

**You'll make an impact by**:

- Acting as trusted advisor, proactively providing feedback and advice, to the Siemens Italy CEO and other members of senior management on all communications activities (e. g. , speeches, speaker placement, presentations, social media presence) on relevant strategic topics.

- Refining and evolving a lead-country specific mid to long-term communications strategy for Siemens Italy ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Execute and implement country internal and external Communications plans effectively and efficiently.

- Defining local Communications targets on a yearly basis, using data analytics to settle relevant and measurable KPIs. Assess performance of communications activities allowing for "real-time" adjustments in the activities and prioritization, as and when required. Benchmark externally, especially towards main competitors.

- Ensuring alignment, consistency and seamlessness of all activities as well as compliance with the global Communications Governance guidelines.

- Screening, identifying and supervising potential cases of crisis communications. In case of a crisis in Italy, assuming the lead role in close collaboration with Corporate Communications in headquarter and the respective business organization.

- Collaborating with marketing and sales to guarantee maximum market penetration.

- Leading, mentoring and developing the team championing the "growth mindset". Inspire your team to grow.

- Confirmed experience in a leadership position in Communications of a multi-national organization, in technology sector.

- People management experience with consistent track record of driving change management projects.

- Demonstrated experience working in complex, matrix organizations, with a strong business results orientation.

- Expertise in working with Data Analytics.

- Strong ability to interact, collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization, especially at the senior management level.

- Demonstrated Growth Mindset.

- Solid understanding of the Italian market/culture is a must.

- Language proficiency in Italian and English are a must.
