As the Country Lead for Norway and Sweden, you will lead the sales team of Otovo in these 2 markets into the next stage of evolution. As a hands-on, operational, and data-driven sales leader, you will lead your team based on relevant KPIs and generated insights. You will take the sales team on the next chapter of the development journey and scaling phase, focusing on standardizing and optimizing the sales process. In this key role, you will be playing a crucial role in shaping Otovo's growth trajectory in these markets.
As the Sales Lead you will be involved in the decision making process of the long term strategy for your markets. You will also be expected to take part in key partnerships and selected external representation.
Lead our team of sales consultants, tasked with selling solar panels and batteries to home owners in Norway
Scale and manage online and field sales channels and teams
Planning, implementing and managing our sales strategy and measures to ensure an unmatched buying experience for our customers
Motivate, set sales goals, plan sales activities and develop sales procedures
Be the point of contact for external and internal sales related inquiries
Be collaborative and take initiative to grow excellence in our cross market sales organisation across Europe
See opportunities arise and tap them to create business with outbound sales
Implement proven tactics and SOPs in the NO and SE markets
Monitor, optimize and drive performance and efficiency of the sales team report on the performance of sales with analysis and assess towards goals and objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally for an optimal and seamless customer and brand experience

? What You Bring
At least 5 years of experience in sales and business unit management
Ideally experience in a fast-growing scale-up environment
Proven success in building and developing sales teams
Courage to challenge the status quo and find unconventional solutions
Continuous improvement and optimization of processes through process-oriented thinking
Fluent speaking and writing level of Norwegian and English, and strong knowledge of Swedish
