Country Manager CGTech Italy / Managing Director The Country Manager is responsible for the management of CGTech Italys business, including team leadership, sales strategy, and general administration.
The Country Manager drives a progressive and collaborative work culture that supports CGTechs business objectives, regional targets, and core values.
Responsibilities Direct and control regional activity and resource management.
Guide recruitment, training, and retention of staff.
Coach employees in an effort to engage and inspire.
Conduct performance reviews and feedback meetings for employees to encourage continuous development.
Identify regional and individual core competencies, evaluate risks and create and commit to objectives.
Liaise with CGTech Corporate to ensure all efforts are in alignment with overall business strategy.
Sales Strategy Research and analyze industry, market and competitors to make informed strategic decisions.
Create initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximize core strengths.
Organize sales territories and align reseller strategy to maximize revenue.
Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products, services and image of the company in the wider community.
Represent the company in negotiations with customers, suppliers, government departments and other key contracts to secure the most effective contract terms.
Maintain keyrelationships with customers and partners including attending partner meetings.
Identify effective events/exhibitions/shows to host or attend, and attend as needed.
Perform Sales Engineer duties to grow sales and manage accounts in appropriate territories.
Administration Partner with Finance to build models that forecast sales revenue, profit, and ROI, during annual and quarterly planning for quota design and attainment analysis.
Approve payroll and benefits administration.
Calculate and apportion quarterly staff profit bonus.
Monitor cash flow by maintaining annual budgets and individual project budgets.
Preferred Qualifications A proven record of success in senior level general or commercial management, preferably in a related industry.
Several years senior level management experience of people and resources.
A wide knowledge of the industry as well as a high level of commercial awareness.
An understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques.
Political and presentational skills with an appreciation of the demands of conflicting interests and of meeting statutory requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to motivate, lead and inspire a team.
