Country Manager - Digital Advertising
About Our Client Our Client is a leading AdTech Company in the vertical short video market: it designs, produces and distributes in different ways organic and paid short content on the platforms TikTok, Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts.
Job Description In accordance with company policies and reporting to the CEO, the resource will have the following main responsibilities: Work closely with the CEO to define medium and long term sales objectives and gross margin of the company; Creation, development and management of sales plans with the aim of achieving sales objectives of the company in the Italian market; Managing direct relationships with key brand partners by participating in virtual and in-person meetings with them; Coordination and supervision of the work of the team: Brand Partnerships, Sales, Creative and Operations.
Furthermore, he or she will work together to address advertising and marketing plans; Be part of the company's management team and contribute to the growth of the business; Supervision of managed social channels and advertising campaigns for brand partners with maintenance purposes of active relationships and up-selling; Analysis of customer benchmarks and competitive scenarios.
The Successful Applicant Background and skills required: +10 years of experience in sales advertising, with a leadership role track record; Excellent level of English; Knowledge and management of direct customer relationships; Ability to manage a team; Excellent customer package management skills; In-depth knowledge of the advertising methods and logic of the main social networks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube); An experience within a social media top player is a plus.
Attitude and personal skills: Excellent organisational skills; High precision; High predisposition to team work; Creative and strategic approach; Passion and great curiosity towards the world of TikTok and short videos required.
