Our product and technology connect eager travelers with passionate local drivers in over 90 countries.

We are looking for a **Country Manager for Italy**.

Main task of Daytrip Country Manager is to select and interview new drivers and provide general support in the assigned area.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Recruiting, vetting and training all new drivers

- Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly

- Building professional relationships with drivers and clients

- Maintaining a good image of the organization

- Problem-solving and process improvement

**What we are seeking**:

- full English proficiency (C1)

- experience on management position

- professional attitude in all situations

- the ability to work under pressure as part of a team and independently

- stay focused in a time-sensitive environment

- find creative solutions for changing scenarios

- multi-tasking capabilities

- ability to navigate through multiple systems

- hospitality and/or tourism or logistics experience is a strong asset, but not required

- ability to communicate well with colleagues and partners
