Our client, a Consumer Products business, has a growing business in Europe and is looking for an ambassador in the Italian market.

Must have an entrepreneurial approach within a dynamic and expanding environment.

This person will oversee the development and business strategies for the Italian RETAIL market.

The client is seeking an engaging, connected, and communicative person who brings experience in leadership, retail sales, and marketing.

The candidate will work closely with the senior management team to implement the overall strategy while demonstrating an understanding for the local implementation of the strategy.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Italian, goal-achieving skills, strategic thinking, market adaptability, and dynamic leadership.

The client is seeking a person who is already embedded in Italy (they are not offering relocation to Italy) with experience working with retail stores such as Coop Italia , and Prenatal Retail Group ( PRG). Salary: $140-$160kResponsibilities:Sales and forecastingServe as a contact person between customers and company teamsNegotiate terms and establish agreements with Italian retailers (both DOM and DI)Develop annual business plans with clientsMonitor day-to-day business operationsDevelop and implement growth strategiesResearch and identify opportunities for growthGenerate reports and direct both internal and external presentationsEnsure compliance with all relevant brand guidelinesCollaborate with sales and marketing teamsStay on top of industry and market trends and best practicesQualifications:At least five years of experience in Commercial Management and/or Key Account Management in ItalyBachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or similarA proven track record of creating growth strategies has already improved a company's market positionExisting strong relationships with retailersPrevious experience working with licensorsMarketing experience is considered an advantageEnglish proficiency (advanced)Collaborative, analytical and solution-orientedProblem-solving skillsManagement skillsPublic speaking skillsNegotiation skills/ability to be persuasiveGood knowledge of the different functions of the businessStrong leadership qualitiesExcellent communication skillsHighly organizedStrong work ethicGood interpersonal skillsThe ability to successfully interact between diverse culturesExcellent networking skillsMeticulous attention to detailProactive natureCompetent and flexible personExcellent knowledge of metrics and sales analysis Experience working with retail stores such as Coop Italia , and Prenatal Retail Group ( PRG).
