**Responsibilities
You will be joining our team of +80 people in rapid growth.
We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact on the organisation from the start.
- Managing a large team of SDR, AE and Partner Managers in two locations (Milano and Aarhus), and being responsible for all commercial activities in the Italian market.
- Be hands-on, building and supporting our partner network.
- Managing a team of outbound SDR which will support you in getting meetings
- Hands-on support and sparring of the business development, partner and sales team.
- Managing Italy´s inbound channels, and be in close communication with the Marketing team to ensure the right approach in the market
- Improving and scaling sales operations in Italy
- Running the office and ensuring the company culture aligns with the company values.

**Qualifications and about you
- Strong experience of 4+ years with sales and sales leadership in a SaaS company.
- Have experience with enterprise and/or sales through large partners and you know how to build partnerships with top-tier lawyers, accountants and DPOs
- You thrive in a high-performance environment and are committed to hitting your personal and company goals.
- You are a role model, showing and doing yourself, and leading by example are crucial to succeed in the role.
- Professional fluency in English and native Italien
- You can work in the office in Milano, and commute to HQ in Aarhus from time to time.
