Opportunity:

Our client is a multinational company leader in the furniture market. ResponsibilitiesThe Country Manager is an executive who manages the subsidiaries.

He will support the activity, adapting the product to the local market.

He leads all operations and, as such, has several roles:

operations, sales, marketing, communication, HR, finance.

The Country Manager will follow all operations with management skills and industry knowledge The CM will manage the business development, delivering all expected elements, achieving budget targets (Turnover, margin, ) The CM will develop sales in his country in accordance with the sales policy defined by the head quarter The CM will define & set up all sales strategy & operations in accordance with the Headquarter.

The CM will recruite and manage his team by himselfin accordance with the Group human ressources policy.

The CM will report directly to the Group Sales Director - He will send weekly basis a report with all KPI defined by himself and the HQ.

The CM will develop a strong relationship and he will be closed to the customers The CM will knows and he will watch the competition Skills and qualifications He has a good knowledge of the market, language and culture of the country He has a strong experience in luxury market He has a strong experience in furniture market He has a good knowledge about the local distribution Natural leadership He has an entrepreneurial minding He knows luxuary codes English (mandatory) /French (option) He will report to the head quarter Site:
