To lead the team in Italy, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated personality.

Your Responsibilities: Financial Management: Monitor P&L, balance sheet, sales, operating profit, cash targets, KPIs, working capital, and cash flow, monthly reporting, quarterly sales forecast, and improvement of cash collection, collaboration with tax advisor and lawyer.

Sales & Marketing: Drive & manage sales, develop marketing tools, tender preparation, surgeon training, website/brochure updates, competitor analysis, representation at congresses and meetings, new product development consulting, effective CRM.

Human Resources: Recruitment, performance management, training & development.

Quality/Regulatory: Ensure compliance with Italian law and internal regulations, product & incident reporting.

Finance & Supply Chain: Legal reporting, monitor supply chain, stock turnover, inventory effectiveness.

Your Profile: Completed technical or commercial education.

Profound working experience in the medical technology industry.

Significant leadership experience in a management role.

Established network with healthcare professionals, particularly doctors and hospitals.

Solid experience in sales, marketing, and P&L management.

Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Willingness to travel within Italy.

Strong leadership skills with a strategic business mindset, solutions-oriented approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
