As the new Country Manager (m/f/d) for Italy, you will play a crucial role in internationalizing to Italy and acquiring new customers.
You will enable companies, from start-ups to large corporations, to package their products individually, easily, and flexibly.
We prioritize making the packaging process as easy and digital as possible for customers, utilizing e-commerce and state-of-the-art systems (CRM, automation, 3D models).
We will start with small teams in the new market, and as Packiro's sales grow in 'your' country, the team size will also expand.

For your daily responsibilities: Your customer base will include coffee roasters, CBD retailers, and major players in the food industry.
The packaging solutions you work on will be seen in supermarkets, boutiques, and cafes.
Bring your expertise to a dynamic team, take direct responsibility, and shape your approach with innovative ideas.
Through a structured plan, you will enhance your sales and product knowledge continuously, transparently achieving your financial and business objectives.
As Packiro is part of the Siegwerk Group, you will leverage the solid foundation of a global player with 190 years of packaging expertise.
Your Challenges Lead the sales expansion into the Italian market, conduct sales activities independently, and establish a strong customer base Evaluate existing Italian leads or proactively engage with potential customers to promote our packaging innovations Develop a pipeline of prospective clients and enhance their long-term sales potential Become a recognized expert in sustainable packaging Enhance your reputation in the industry by networking and promoting Packiro's sustainable packaging solutions at European trade shows, innovation days, and startup events Based on our mutual success: Establish a sales organization in Italy and oversee strategic and operational business activities Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) and store systems effectively Your Skills Reside in Italy, preferably in a central location for easy client visits and close proximity to an airport for travel to the HQ in Cologne, Germany Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and sales management, focusing on new customer acquisition and key account management Display entrepreneurial thinking and a sales-driven mindset (Near) native proficiency in Italian and a strong command of English Lack in-depth packaging expertise?
