Daze's mission is to simplify and make electric vehicle charging accessible for everyone.
Together we design charging systems for individuals and companies, seeking the perfect balance between innovation and design.
Our company was born in 2016 from the intuition of two young mechanical engineers, Andrea Daminelli and Giacomo Zenoni: the DazePlug, a simple mechanical arm that allowed the realization of the first prototype of an automatic conductive charger for electric vehicles.
Over the years, Daze's mission has developed to increasingly aim at proposing its own idea of a domestic eco-system, where sustainable mobility and smart energy management work together to enable a total and concrete energy transition.

**Your Role
As Country Manager, this role will lead growth and innovation across Spain to ensure long term success of DAZE in the market.
This will include:
ensure execution of new growth projects, including but not limited to: geographical expansion and production of new electric charge systems.
Evolve and protect operating model, to mitigate tax and legal challenges, and maximize growth through model changes
On top of that, the Country Manager will be an integral part of the Spanish Leadership Team and has the ability to contribute to all areas of the business.
**What You'll Do**:
Define and evolve growth/innovation strategy for Spain
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are successful
Track performance of key initiatives and safeguard targets are met
**The Profile We'Re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of proven track record in business management experience in operations, strategy, technology, business development or a similar area at managerial level.
- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement - you understand what drives value for each group in our marketplace
- Experience leading complex projects in high-growth environment
- Experience in regulated industries
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, Italian is a plus
- Showcased combination of strategic thinking and operational excellence
