You will serve as a process designer for our hire-to-retire portfolio of activities and projects.

You are focused on cultivating outstanding candidates for Google's long-term hiring needs and work across a cross-functional and international group of staffing teams. As a Country Process Owner, you will be responsible for designing process and program improvements to address local business needs, coordinating local vendors, and maintaining resource documentation, including process mapping, training materials, and knowledge management. You'll play an essential role in advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices. ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize country-specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks. Execute the critical Human Resources (HR) requirements in the country, ensuring local compliance.
