We are currently seeking a Country/Regional Sales Manager to join our Asian team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Furniture Manufacturing Industry. This is a full-time, contractor position with opportunities for growth and development within our company. You will join a sales team located in Asia and take responsibility for our sales activities in Southern Europe and possibly Northern Europe. Position: Regional Sales/Country Manager Location: Spain / Portugal / Italy / France (Work from Home) Employment Type: Full-time / Contractor / Freelance Remuneration: To discuss expectations Duties and Responsibilities: Detect new potential partners and help them improve their skills to be part of our core sales network. Sell the organization's products or services and maintain relationships with existing accounts, expanding and retaining enterprise accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service. Report objectives, actions taken, and results obtained to your hierarchy. Identify and qualify long-term and short-term business opportunities and proactively address competitive threats. Prepare formal proposals and presentations, present to all levels of the organization including executives, lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and close sales effectively. Manage significant key partner relationships, facilitating executive-level relationships between the customer and its partners. Research and develop lists of potential customers; regularly follow-up on leads and act to close deals. Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service. Coordinate account strategy and tactics for the sales support team. Develop strategy for sustained management and success of business and coordinate resources to ensure goals are met. Maintain contact with named enterprise accounts at a high executive level. Requirements: Native/fluent in English, both oral and written. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written). Prior experience in Sales/Furniture Industry for at least 3 years. Understanding of flooring products such as Rigid Core, Eco Composite, Waterproof Hardwood, and more. Self-motivated with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Strong problem-solving abilities and logical analytics. Ability to multitask and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
