We are currently seeking a Country/Regional Sales Manager to join our Asian team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Furniture Manufacturing Industry.
This is a full-time, contractor position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Our line product to develop: Panels for wall, floor and celling.
Material: Plywood, OSB, Gyproc for walls.
Also Chipboard, MDF for furniture.
For Construction and Decoration used, indoor.
You will join a sales team located in Asia and take responsibility for our sales activities in South Europe and (possibly) Northern Europe.
Position: Regional Sales/Country Manager Location: Spain / Portugal / Italy / France (Work from Home) Employment type: Full-time / Contractor / Freelance Remuneration: to discuss expectations DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Detect new potential partners, help them improve their skills so that they can be part of our core sales network.
Sells the organizations products or services to and maintains relationships with existing accounts.
Responsible for expanding and retaining enterprise accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service.
Report the objectives, actions taken and results obtained to your hierarchy.
Responsible for identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities and pro-actively identifying and addressing competitive threats.
Prepares formal proposals and presentations, presents to all levels of the organization including executives, leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making processes and overcomes objectives to closure, and closes sales in a professional and effective manner.
Responsible for significant key partner relationship management and development.
Facilitate executive-level relationships between the customer, and its partners including facilitating communication on strategic and tactical issues and maintaining continuity.
Research and develop lists of potential customers within an organization; regularly follow-up on leads and developing leads, and act to close deals.
Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service; understanding the strategies, goals and objectives of named accounts.
Assume a leadership role in coordinating account strategy and tactics for sales support team (Systems Engineering, Sales Operations, Services, Sales Management).
Develops strategy for sustained management and success of business and coordinates resources to ensure goals are met.
The position has a strong international dimension with clients in all countries of Europe.
You have colleagues especially Asian.
Primary point-of-contact for named enterprise account/(s).
Maintains contact with account at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.
REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in English, both oral and written.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Prior experience in Sales/ Furniture Industry for at least 3 years.
Understanding of flooring product as Rigid Core, Eco Composite, Waterproof Hardwood, Waterproof Laminate, Waterproof Wall Tiles, Traditional Floors, Expanded Polymer Core.
Self-motivated, gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.
Problem solving abilities, strong logical analytics.
Ability to multi-task, handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
