We are looking for a talented Country Sales Manager to join our team and be one of the main actor in growing Arduino PRO business and disrupting the market.
You will be in the front line in building valuable sales pipeline and close deals with the support of an amazing team.

**What you'll work on
- Provide domain acumen to customer engagement and position Arduino within domain opportunities.
- Lead users identification and nurturing
- Identification, engagement and development with key partners, system integrators and domain influencers.
- Engage with Customer Success, the Sales team, R&D, BUs and with the organization in general
- Provide regular updates on visit reports, metric information and update opportunities within the CRM system on a weekly basis and business plan on a quarterly basis.
- Engage with customers to understand their financials and the challenges they are facing to adapt our strategy to their needs
- Proactively stays current with competitor offerings and positioning within key accounts and leverages customer insight to provide feedback back into the organization
- Successfully engage key decision makers or leadership-level contacts to create or advance opportunities.
- Successfully influences customers to select Arduino through establishing decision-making criteria aligned to Arduino strengths
**What you bring
- BS/MS in Electronics / Electric Engineering or other technical related fields
- Proven ability to engage and work through system integrators
- Demonstrated ability to build customer loyalty, partnership and to expand business network
- Excellent communications skills, ability to manage relationships with executives
- Ability to manage multiple tasks based on ROI and priority (decision-making)
- Strong team working and motivational aptitude: ability to share tasks and deals with team mates
- Ability to express individual thought openly and objectively
- Native or equivalent level of Italian language
- Fluent oral and written English
- Have a valid driving license and legal right to live & work in Italy
