**Our story

Just Eat is making the history of food delivery by hiring thousands of couriers as internal employees.

Within the Operations Coordinators, you will fill a key role in our logistics service and make an impact on Just Eat growth!

**All about the role

As a Courier Coordinator, you'll be the key contact for our 'Scoober' fleet.

You, as a natural leader, are able to help ensure things run smoothly for them.

If anything is stopping them from hitting the road, you're able to solve issues and answer their queries.

That means ensuring drivers have all the equipment and information needed to do the job successfully.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:

- Ensuring everyone involved received the information and equipment needed for their job;

- Resolving issues blocking the food delivery together with your colleagues;

- Motivating everyone around you to hit the city records and meet service level agreements day by day;

- Track the main KPIs of the city;

- Taking care of inventory and administration of our new hub in Milan

**Can you deliver

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

- 1+ years' experience in a relevant role (shift leader, floor manager, hospitality background);

- (Near-) native level of Italian and good English knowledge;

- Working knowledge of Google Suite;

- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with a range of colleagues;

- Available to work on irregular shifts: including weekends and evenings (until 00:00).
