**ABOUT THIS JOB

**RESPONSIBILITIES

- Interacts with both the CPS teams, CPS CAS team and the NIQ Sales teams.

- Support Senior Consultants on elaboration of Analysis and on preparing presentations of insights

- Ensures CPS insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to the Clients by being a CPS expert with an ability to explain methodology behind key analytics to clients

- Autonomously interacts with client staff both on basic and advanced CPS client needs; participate to client meetings and presentations over the phone and in person

- Collaborates with other NielsenIQ teams to provide holistic support to clients

- Demonstrates high standards of performance, promotes a strong team environment.

Partners with CS Consultants, Insights associates and Sales teams

**REQUIREMENTS

- Statistics, Economics or Marketing master's degree student or graduate.

- Analytics skills: Confidence and capability for data analyses and interest in dealing with data; Good at providing answers and insights aligned with client's requests, generating new and creative ideas

- "Synthetic" mind: able to feedback complex information, transform it into insights and find the best way to communicate it to the client

- Client-facing and communication/presentation skills - deliver research results to stakeholders on the client's side in a clear, consistent manner

- Detailed knowledge of all CPS Product and related solutions; ability to combine solutions to better fit the business needs

- Ability to work independently and coordinate efforts with other associates within a virtual environment

- Organizational skills: understanding of business priorities; ability to adapt to complex and changing organization; ability to manage time schedules

- Full proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel

- Italian: Mother tongue or Fluent, written and spoken

- English: B1 level or equivalent, both written and spoken
