CPT OPERATOR

As part of NextGeo's continuous growth, we are expanding our geotechnical team and are therefore

looking for an autonomous, experienced, and professional CPT Operator.

**Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Conducting geotechnical site investigations by acquiring high-quality geotechnical data using

equipment such as down hole CPT tools

- Operating, maintaining and repairing geotechnical equipment

- Preparing, setting up, testing and maintaining CPT tools and equipment used to acquire

geotechnical data

- Working closely with the drill team to ensure adherence to scope of works, project specification

and quality expectations

- Managing stock and requesting necessary equipment

- Be mobile and able to travel freely

- Have worked in multi-cultural environments where different beliefs are embraced

- Embrace NextGeo's health and safety culture

- Recognise whether CPT data and sampler recovery are of good quality

- Possess a relevant Diploma in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical or IT (preferred not essential)

- Be experienced offshore using CPT equipment such as APB Wison, Geomil Orca for down hole

system, and APB Roson and Geomil Mantas for the seabed system

- Possess electro-mechanical/electrical knowledge and experience

- Have experience using IT systems and software

- Be familiar with the System Orca 90
