Job Description Managing the implementation and maintenance of project processes for scheduling.

Presenting schedule reports to the project management team and relevant stakeholders.

Collaborating with other disciplines to drive towards project goals in keeping with the client's principles of trust, transparency and teamwork.

Maintain an awareness of schedule interfaces with other projects.

Manage the development, change and improvement of the client Master Schedule providing planning expertise to the project and programme team.

Identify, evaluate and provide solutions to issues arising.

Manage the change process and analyze schedule impact.

Incorporate relevant financial/quantity data in the programme to produce a project cost/time distribution profile and communicate results to relevant parties.

Display and evaluate the project critical path and advise the project team of the results and any appropriate corrective action.

Produce and maintain project baselines and execute the change control process as needed.

Produce project reports or data directly from planning software (Primavera OPC) arranging data to ensure alignment with the financial software.

Understanding and reporting on a project using earned value analysis techniques and interpret/communicate the results and any corrective action to the project team.

Qualifications Proven experience as equivalent CQV planning role in O&G or Chemical/Life Science industry.

Proficient in the use of MS Office suite including MS Project and Primavera OPC or P6 version.

Experience in Oracle/Aconex tools is preferred.

Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.

Team player with the ability to work autonomously.

Excellent command of written and spoken Italian & English with excellent reporting skills.
