Job Summary: The Client Relationship Expert and Learning Consultant will cover the whole client journey starting from building and developing the client relationship through the design and delivery of learning experiences.

For this role we are looking for a passionate individual that is eager to combine excellence in client relationship and in Learning & Development.

Responsibilities Development and expansion of new business opportunities within established and prospective clients by providing intelligence in overall business planning.

The Client Relationship Expert (CRE) and Learning Consultant will manage the entire sales cycle from lead sourcing through contract closure.

In addition, the expert will be involved in the design and delivery of cogent learning experiences.

The CRE and Learning Consultant will liaise between clients and Infinity; Internally, the CRE and Learning Consultant works closely with Infinity's traders, creatives, instructional designers and facilitators to establish key strategic partnerships with new and existing clients.

Key Activities: Establish and maintain contact with client organizations to promote Infinity learning and communication products and services.

Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, from initial contact throughout the sales process.

Establish strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within accounts and develop deep knowledge of the client organization needs.

Exploit global market opportunities; develop business plans and sales strategies for each account in liaison with subject matter experts.

Carry out accurate needs analysis and activate proper channels to offer awesome, cost effective, fit for purpose, timely solutions in L&D and OD.

Deliver transformative learning experiences.

Monitor client satisfaction, actions and results against plans.

Requirements: Strong experience in creating and maintaining business relations with corporate clients.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams while being flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities.

Passion for learning and people development.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Experience developing training materials (e. g.

presentations, videos, guides, etc. )

Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.

Location: The candidate will be based in Milan or Rome.
