By interacting with existing and new accounts to prospect current and hidden needs that could be fulfilled by Creaform products.
Filippo, your future manager, is known for his negociation skills and enthusiasm.
He has been working at Creaform for 5 years now.
He started as an Account Manager and has been promoted as Italy Sales Manager.

**A typical day with Filippo and the sales team**:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e. g.
quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
**Excellent fit**:
- Experience in technical sales and demonstrations
- Technical proficiency in portable metrology solutions
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening and negotiation abilities
- Be fluent in English and Italian;
- Be able to travel domestically; frequent overnight stays as the needs of the customers in your territory; expected travel requirement will be about 50%
