You will work closely with theCreative LeadandUA teamto design engaging and innovative ad creatives that attract players and drive installs. Key Responsibilities: Design and producehigh-quality UA ad creatives Collaborate with theCreative Lead and UA teamto develop new creative concepts.

Stay up to date with industry trends andexperiment with new ad formats.

Adapt and iterate on existing creatives based onperformance dataand A/B testing results.

Ensure all creatives are aligned with thegame's branding and target audience.

Be ready to testplenty of different creatives strategies & approachesto drive down CPIRequirements: Proven experienceas aCreative Artist / Motion Designerin mobile gaming, ideally ontop-grossing games.

Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator).

Experience with3D tools(e. g. , Blender, Unity) is a plus.

Strongvideo editing and animation skills.

Experience with Midjourney, Runway ML, Stable Diffusion is a plus Knowledge ofperformance-driven UA creativesand an ability to analyze data to optimize ads.
