What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our Turin-based team. The role involves a mix of remote work and weekly in-person meetings at a coworking space. If you are a self-starter, capable of working independently and making your own decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Management and Coordination: Oversee and streamline the creation, scheduling, and publication of content across various platforms. Collaborate with team members who also contribute content, ensuring a unified voice and cohesive brand message.
- Digital Advertising: Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns across search engines (SEA) and social media platforms. Monitor campaign performance to ensure optimal reach and engagement with our desired audience.
- Cross-Platform Branding: Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital channels, adapting content to fit the unique audience and style of each platform.
- Collaborative Campaign Development: Work closely with sales, design, and event planning teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with our company's objectives and enhance our brand's presence in the market.
- Creative Strategy: Use creative thinking to develop innovative digital marketing strategies that connect with our target audience and promote our nature-centric team experiences.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful cross-platform content strategies.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must; Italian and German proficiency would be a distinct advantage.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of digital marketing tools and platforms, content management systems (CMS), and proficiency in analytics tools. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising is essential.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster connections through digital storytelling. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
