Job SummaryAs Creative Director, you'll orchestrate transformative integrated campaigns that connect brands with consumers in meaningful ways. You'll lead a talented creative team, championing innovative ideas from concept to execution while setting new standards in promotional marketing excellence.
What You'll DoSpearhead creative strategy development and guide your team to deliver breakthrough promotional campaignsDrive innovation across multiple channels, from digital experiences to social engagementPartner with our Strategy team to transform briefs into compelling creative solutionsLead client presentations and build strong relationships with major brandsMentor and inspire a talented creative team while managing multiple high-profile projectsWhat We're Looking ForA portfolio showcasing innovative integrated campaigns and promotional mechanicsExceptional PowerPoint presentation skills - your ability to bring ideas to life visually is crucialDeep understanding of consumer behaviour and shopper marketingStrong conceptual thinking in both art direction and copywritingExpert knowledge of digital platforms and social media advertisingMastery of design tools including Photoshop, Adobe Suite, and FigmaBonus: Experience with storyboarding and video scriptingYou're not just a creative leader - you're a visionary who understands how to blend art, strategy, and technology to create memorable brand experiences. You have strong opinions about what makes promotions effective and can articulate a clear vision for the future of consumer engagement.
