Job Summary As Creative Director, you'll orchestrate transformative integrated campaigns that connect brands with consumers in meaningful ways.
You'll lead a talented creative team, championing innovative ideas from concept to execution while setting new standards in promotional marketing excellence.
What You'll Do Spearhead creative strategy development and guide your team to deliver breakthrough promotional campaigns Drive innovation across multiple channels, from digital experiences to social engagement Partner with our Strategy team to transform briefs into compelling creative solutions Lead client presentations and build strong relationships with major brands Mentor and inspire a talented creative team while managing multiple high-profile projects What We're Looking For A portfolio showcasing innovative integrated campaigns and promotional mechanics Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills - your ability to bring ideas to life visually is crucial Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and shopper marketing Strong conceptual thinking in both art direction and copywriting Expert knowledge of digital platforms and social media advertising Mastery of design tools including Photoshop, Adobe Suite, and Figma Bonus: Experience with storyboarding and video scripting You're not just a creative leader - you're a visionary who understands how to blend art, strategy, and technology to create memorable brand experiences.
You have strong opinions about what makes promotions effective and can articulate a clear vision for the future of consumer engagement.
