Being the Creative Lead you will be responsible for all the elements that make up the DNA of our Brands, by developing our creative strategy, shaping the tone of voice, keeping the consistency across all the channels, speaking to all our users, etc.

We are now looking for a Creative Lead to join and guide our talented creative team in Adevinta Italy!

**Key Responsibilities**:

Be the Head of Brand Identity and Communication Identity of Subito and InfoJobs Italia

Define and evolve the TOV and Value Proposition

Be the creative manager of all ATL

Define the communication strategy in line with business needs

Ensure the consistency of communication of individual projects on different touch points

Give creative direction to team projects and supervise the developments

Organising progress and prioritising activities

Plan the growth of your team and individual members

Lead the production of all communication assets of the different activities (e. g.

landing pages, educational videos, self-promotion, etc. )
