This role is crucial in helping to evolve our visual identity and customer engagement and plays an important part in enabling us to ramp-up our content engine.
With 60+ brands across 22 European countries, this role is a unique opportunity to take a fresh approach to brand and design. This is a new role with the opportunity to take ownership for our creative direction.
You will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing material, championing design best practices across the organization and creating and maintaining design templates to support 20+ marketing teams across the business. This position requires creativity, a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multinational, decentralized environment.
We're looking for someone with a passion for innovation, including expertise in video content creation, a data-driven mindset towards experimentation, and familiarity with leveraging AI tools in design production. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including but not limited to:Digital assets for social media, website, and email marketingEngaging video content for a variety of platforms and use casesPrint materials such as brochures, flyers, and event signagePresentation templates and other communication materialsDrive group-wide creative best practices by developing a library of adaptable templates for various marketing materials, with a focus on digital assets. Champion brand consistency across all marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
Provide guidance and training to regional teams on brand usage. Work with relevant teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their objectives in alignment with brand direction. Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns and iterate on designs based on performance. Experiment with new design trends and technologies, including AI-powered design tools, to optimize creative output and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, video production, and marketing. Qualifications4+ years as a graphic designer or creative manager, preferably in a multinational marketing environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and a deep understanding of visual communication principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
), Canva, Figma. Experience in developing and managing design templates. Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to enforce them effectively. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Fluency in English + 1 additional European language (written and spoken).
