We're seeking a **Creative Producer** to orchestrate our content and creative workflow across brand and performance campaigns.

Working closely with our creative, content, and marketing teams, you'll be the driving force behind project execution, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables as we scale our content and creative output in the mental health space.

This role combines strong project management skills with content and creative operations expertise, requiring someone who can maintain efficient workflows whilst ensuring exceptional standards across all content types.

You'll be the key liaison between teams, coordinating resources and managing priorities to deliver impactful work across all channels.

AS A CREATIVE PRODUCER YOU WILL:

- Manage end-to-end content and creative project workflow from briefing through to final delivery

- Create and maintain project timelines, resource plans, and production schedules for diverse content formats

- Coordinate between content creators, designers, writers, stakeholders, and external partners

- Lead production meetings and maintain clear communication channels across all teams

- Monitor project progress and proactively identify/resolve potential bottlenecks

- Establish and optimise content workflows and project management processes

- Manage resource allocation across multiple concurrent content and creative projects

- Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and performance requirements

- Coordinate content and asset preparation for multiple platforms (META, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

- Support creation of content briefs and maintain project documentation

- Track project budgets and manage relationships with content creators and vendors

- Implement systems to improve content and creative operations efficiency

? YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

- 3-4 years of experience in content/creative production or project management

- Strong track record of managing diverse content projects from concept to delivery

- Experience with project management tools and content workflow systems

- Proven ability to manage multiple content formats whilst maintaining high standards

- Understanding of content creation processes and digital production

- Experience coordinating content creators, creative teams and external partners

- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced content environment

- Experience with digital asset and content management systems

- Understanding of different content platform requirements and specifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach to improvements

- Experience with production budget management

- Fluent Italian and English, other languages a plus
