Creative Solutions Specialist, Sizmek Creative
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with and influence all levels across Amazon Ads and any other Org team within Amazon.
- Basic knowledge in front-end programming languages (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS), and more specifically for the advertising industry,
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Animate or other ad creation tools,
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (e. g. , Photoshop, Media Encoder ),
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision
- Fluency in Italian and English (in respect to writing, reading, speaking and communication)

A Creative Solutions Specialist is a primarily customer facing role, working to ensure our ad serving and creative customers are successful using our technology - Sizmek Ad Suite and Sizmek Ad Builder.
Our deep product knowledge and customer obsession enables us to provide customers with optimal customer service.
Key job responsibilities
Amazon Ads is looking for a Creative Solutions Specialist (CSS).

- CREATIVE SUPPORT
- As a CSS, you will act as a first line of support to troubleshoot technical queries for self-service accounts (Creative Agencies, Advertisers, Media Agencies, Publishers, ) by:
- Providing guidance in building and debugging Ad Formats.
- Assisting with Ad integration and troubleshoot ad hoc issues on Publisher's webpages.
- Managing Quality Assurance (QA) for Ads, and relay results and assistance to the customer.
- Supporting Amazon Ads Customer Success team throughout the campaign cycle.
TRAINING
- You will be responsible for enabling our Customers to utilize Amazon Ads Creative technologies by:
- Maintaining customer relations, processes and expectations.
- Providing training sessions to customers.
- Supporting AdTech Account Executives with strategic local or global accounts, attending customer meetings as an expert when needed.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the voice of the customer, assisting the product team with new features and customer needs.
- Maintain customer product and feature usage documentation.
- Contribute at global scale to drive the innovation on the creative product offering.
A day in the life
The Creative Solutions team manages the day to day creative needs of Sizmek Ad Suite customers (creative agencies, advertisers ), with a focus on self service customers.
Creative Solutions Specialists provide customer trainings, covering the creative aspects of the Sizmek Ad Suite, inform and help customers choose from our available ad formats and features, and provide QA and troubleshooting for creative issues.
About the team
- Demonstrated experience in operations or account management, managing customer-facing positions.
- Experience improving internal and external processes.
- Experience with creating and updating documentation.
- Ability to find solutions to technical problems that involve new technology, simplify, and create closed loop systems.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks while working in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zendesk or the customer support software is an advantage.
