WHAT YOU'RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO As the Creative Strategist, you'll join a growing team of 10, taking ownership of crafting and executing creative strategies while managing paid social campaigns.
Your role will be pivotal in driving the brand's growth, blending bold ideas with data-driven performance to create impactful campaigns.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Fully remote work environment, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere Opportunities for team workations to collaborate and connect in inspiring locations A collaborative, growth-oriented team focused on creating industry-leading products A chance to play a key role in building out the creative department and shaping its direction Opportunities to refine your skills, explore new ideas, and grow with the company Flexible paid time off policy, allowing you to take the time you need to recharge and stay at your best HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME Develop and execute innovative ad creative strategies, including advertorials, to drive performance and audience engagement across paid social channels Manage ad campaigns directly, optimizing spend and budgets while applying data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI for both ad and advertorial content Strategically create, test, and refine ad and advertorial variations, scaling successful approaches to align with brand objectives Translate campaign insights into actionable creative briefs, ensuring all assets for ads align with strategic goals Experiment with ad formats, messaging, and advertorial angles to continuously enhance campaign performance and audience resonance Develop content briefs for creators, enhancing the quality of raw assets used in ad creatives to elevate overall campaign effectiveness Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring seamless integration between creative concepts and media buying for optimal results Analyze performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to refine future campaigns and maintain continuous improvement WHO YOU ARE You have experience in DTC brands, with a strong focus on creative strategy and performance marketing You are proficient in paid social platforms (e. g. , Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) and data-driven optimization You are skilled in end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution and performance analysis You have experience creating briefs, coming up with new ideas and innovating creatively You have a portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns and a track record of scaling paid social efforts You are a strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment You are organized and can manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is of the highest quality You have excellent English skills (written and verbal) (Bonus) You are fluent in German or Italian #J-18808-Ljbffr
