At least 4+ years experience working in Online Advertising (specifically related to TikTok, Meta for DTC brands ). Experience working at a performance marketing/creative agency is preferable. A strong understanding of the creative and production process is preferable (creative editor, content creator, creative producer). Copywriting experience is preferable. Proven experience in a data driven role. Experience managing client accounts. Exceptional attention to detail. Commitment Required Full time: 160 hours/month.
