RoleAs a Creative Strategist, your goal is to create high-performing creatives for our Facebook / Instagram ads.

You will serve as the central link among our creatives and media buyers, overseeing the process from ideation to post-production.

Responsibilities:Brainstorm ads, ad angles, and hook variationsGenerate unique and effective advertising concepts using direct response copywritingProvide briefs for the production team to shoot contentProvide briefs for the post-production team to edit adsDevelop creative strategy for our social media adsAnalyze ad performance data from Facebook and use that for future creativesWhat We're Looking For:You understand paid media and the types of content that convertYou enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to lifeDeep understanding of consumer psychology and customer mindsetsYou're open-minded and willing to learnExperience:2+ years in writing direct response ads or emailsExperience in video editing, including ideation, storyboarding, and editingExperience as a content creator with demonstrated ability to engage audiencesSeniority Level:Mid-Senior level
