Creative Strategist - Brand Experiences & Events
The Creative Content Strategist will join the Brand Experiences Business Unit creative team.
He/she should asses and consider incoming briefs and ongoing business opportunities to support Creative and Business Leaders in order to align creative concepts into the right context and goals.
The candidate should develop and share market insights, research and analyse business' opportunities to build and develop a strong creative proposal and make sure to follow BWS high quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
Identify Client's needs and requirements for each pitch and/or project. Conduct market research, gather brands information, collect relevant trends, analyze competitors and other benchmarks in order to facilitate the creative development. Ensure that the creative team's work is focused strategically and is within brand guidelines. Work closely with the Creative Directors to write impactful copies and develop compelling strategies to communicate concepts and themes, always by following BWS standards and values. Cooperate with the Creative Directors and Business leaders to build consistent and comprehensive proposals accordingly to the project creative strategy and storytelling.
Requirements
2-3 years experience in similar roles and fields. Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to manage external resources and relationships. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and duties. Excellent written and oral communication skills, Italian & English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote.
Other creative software is a plus.
