Role Overview: We're looking for a Creative Strategist to be a hands-on leader in developing, creating, and optimizing our social ads.
This role isn't just about ideation — you'll see every concept through from start to finish, including brainstorming, creating briefs, providing feedback on edits, and launching high-quality ads that resonate with our audience and boost performance.
Our main focus is on UGC (User-Generated Content) ads for platforms like Meta and TikTok, so having a keen understanding of what's trending in the space is crucial.
Key Responsibilities: Creative Development & Execution: Develop engaging ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms that are rooted in current trends and best practices.
Create detailed briefs and oversee the entire production process from idea to final edits.
Work closely with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce high-quality UGC-style ads.
Ensure creatives are on-brand, compelling, and set up for maximum performance.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor the performance of all creatives and analyze which elements drive results.
Suggest creative adjustments and new iterations based on data-driven insights.
Stay in-tune with what's working in the social ad space and bring new ideas to the table.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our media buying team to align creative strategies with performance goals.
Give feedback on content from creators, refine hooks and messaging, and ensure every creative element is optimized for performance.
Conduct regular creative reviews to ensure all assets are hitting their marks.
Innovation & Trend Tracking: Keep a close eye on the latest social media trends, viral content, and new ad formats.
Continuously test new ideas, hooks, and formats to drive improved results.
Experiment with different UGC styles to stay ahead in the ever-changing social space.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role in a D2C brand or digital marketing agency, with a focus on social ads.
Hands-on experience creating and managing UGC-style ads, especially for Meta and TikTok.
Deep understanding of what's trending on social media and how to translate that into effective ads.
Ability to develop clear, concise briefs and guide creative teams from ideation to execution.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and inform creative decisions.
Strong visual and creative sense, with an eye for engaging and compelling ad content.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Fluency in English is required.
