THE GIG

As our Credit Administrator will be managing your customers cash management process including processing documentation, assisting the AR team in resolving disputes, and assisting the AR team with administrative duties.

**THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

- Management of the production posting & allocation of cash

- Assist with customers copy invoices / credits & statements

- Responsible for the administrative tasks associated with credit notes, write offs, refunds and invoices/credits and statements

- Manage the dunning letters process

- Supplying Direct Debit notifications

- Adhoc requests from the Credit Manager

- Experience of working within an AR or account team function is desirable
