We are looking for a **Credit Collector** **to be hired with a permanent contract in **Milan or Rome** within the **Credit Management Team**.

**Your Challenge

Some of the main activities will be:

- Ensuring cash performance for the customers under your responsibility;

- Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers;

- Creating credit scoring models for risk assessments;

- Calculating and setting loan interest rates;

- Negotiating the terms of the loan for new customers involving Siemens stakeholders;

- Monitoring loan payments and bad debts;

**To be a perfect fit for this role, you must have**:

Excellent communication skills, positive and team orientated attitude, to be able to work well within structured processes with the ability to manage high volumes of cases efficiently and effectively.

- Education background in Economics;

- Previous experience within collection is essential for this opportunity;

- Good knowledge and understanding of Italian Insolvency and consumer credit laws;

- Ideally you have knowledge of contracts and consumer credit;

- Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills;

- Passion to never-stop growing;

- Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge;

- Proficiency in English and Italian;

- Eligibility to work in Italy;
