We're looking for an outstanding Credit Collection Specialist for our Group Credit Management Team within the Finance & Administration function.
Role Overview: Monitor the firm's accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts. Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments. Use credit bureau data, post office information, internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers. Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer. Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing. Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related fieldMinimum of three years of experience in credit and collection management, preferably in a similar industryStrong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices, and regulationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsEffective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenWhat We Offer: WELL-BEING: We are among the first Italian companies to adopt the short week model.
