Job Description: What's the role?

In Hilti, we are looking for a brilliant intern to join our Credit Team in the Finance Department.

The internship aims to monitor performances and all operative activities required to manage cooperation with external partners for collection, ensuring synergy between Hilti, external providers, and customers.

What does the role involve?

You will play an active role in some of the main Credit Management processes:

Weekly updates of customer positions to inform providers and stop contacts.

Check provider feedback to manage all feedback from customers (data quality changes, complaints).

Forwarding selected customers for external collection (Excel file).

Communication with providers (Excel files, emails, phone calls).

Management of contacts with Salesforce to provide appropriate feedback for customers (phone calls, emails).

Analysis and management of feedback for positions closed without collection.

Opening complaints to expedite issues reported by customers.

We will give you everything you need to excel in your role, including software, tools, and ongoing training.

What you need is: Degree in Economics, fluent in English, advanced in Excel; knowledge of Access is a plus.
