AMEX is seeking a Junior performance analyst for Credit and Collections Portfolios and Suppliers.

We are searching for a student interested in Data analysis and reporting who would like to work alongside our Collections Team and our external vendors.

This is a paid internship opportunity.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct and review performance through in-depth analysis on effectiveness of collections, key process indicators and collector level effectiveness

- Understand key drivers in performance, optimal settings for the key drivers, motivation behind actions/operational levers and impacts to results

- Monitor and maximize the usage of collection treatment tools/strategies across the agency network

- Ensure Collection administrative activities are executed in line with compliance requirement and adherent to Italy laws and regulations as well as AEXP internal Security and Compliance rules.

**Required**:

- Good analytical, influencing and communication skills.

- Develop insights from data with the ability to use a combination of intuition and facts in driving the business forward

- Ability to successfully multi-task/manage multiple initiatives at the same time and constantly juggle priorities as necessary

- Strong communication and relationship skills
