We are looking for accomplished Senior Credit Sales professionals to join their dynamic team in Milan and drive growth in fixed-income sales.

Key Responsibilities Drive Business Growth: Focus on Fixed Income Sales across various regions in Europe and Emerging Markets with a primary focus on High Yield, Distressed, Special Situations, and CLO Securities (excluding claims or loans). Leverage Relationships: Utilise your network of institutional clients across European and Emerging Market jurisdictions to unlock new business opportunities. Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with institutional investors in your specialised region. Market Opportunities: Proactively identify profitable market opportunities and execute trades to maximise revenue potential. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years or more specialising in either High Yield, Distressed / Special Situations. Revenue Generation: A proven track record of driving revenue growth and surpassing sales targets. Established Network: Demonstrated ability to leverage an existing network of institutional clients to create new business opportunities. Can do attitude: Business Developer with a natural flair for sales. Results-Driven: A self-starter with the ambition to exceed expectations and thrive in a high-performance culture.
