**Credit Specialist (F/M)**:

Location: Italy/ Milan

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for credit and collection activities for assigned regions

- Accountable for the administration of our customer account database and ensuring correct and timely set up of customer accounts

- Responsible for credit assessments of customers within an assigned market

- Granting and monitoring credit limits

- Preparing monthly bad debt reserve and monitoring the write-off and purge process

- Traveling to regional Branch offices and customer sites if required

Fix term contract (replacement) with hire possibilities

**What you bring to us**:

- Ability to analyze and resolve account problems related to credit status with sensitivity to customer requirements and needs

- Good experience in European clearing and payment methods, collection processes and strategies

- Shows engagement - tackles problems as they arise

- Task

- and results-orientated mode of operation

- Good MS-Office skills

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian

- Capable of being a team player

- Good communication skills to ensure a professional communication with internal and external customers
