Job Description:JOB SUMMARY

The Credit Specialist is responsible for supporting the Credit Director in daily tasks, including but not limited to:

Checking the correctness of sales documents and sending invoices to external warehouses to perform shipments as required;Credit control of open terms customers with checks of incoming payments on company home banking, monitoring and supervising resolution of unclear customer deductions (chargebacks);Preparation and sending statements of account and reminders/dunning letters for overdue payments;Blocking and releasing open orders liaising with the commercial and customer service departments.
