**Crew Experience Specialist**:
**Your life on board**:
As a Crew Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring that every crew member feels valued and engaged throughout their journey with us.
Your mission is to deliver an excellent onboard experience by coordinating a diverse range of activities and fostering a sense of community.
**Demonstrate your passion**:
- You'll coordinate and deliver a rich calendar of activities, including welcome and farewell events, entertainment, wellbeing programs, recognition ceremonies, and celebrations, to foster crew integration and engagement.
You'll sponsor exciting Employer Branding projects, crafting compelling content to showcase crew events and sharing the buzz with our teams ashore.
You'll assess crew services using "Crew Voice" data and focus groups to pinpoint needs and suggest improvements.
**Getting Things Right**:
- You'll work with the shoreside Employer Branding team to align all crew communication with Costa's Employee Value Proposition and graphic guidelines.
You'll oversee crew equipment maintenance, inventory, and budget management, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering top-notch activities.
**Safety First**:
As an ambassador of Costa's traits, you'll embody and promote our company culture in everything you do.
**What makes you unique**:
You hold a bachelor's degree (preferrable in human resources or humanities)
You have a proven track record in a similar position, in people interaction & caring, management or employee's engagement programs
You bring previous experience on board cruise ships
You have a good command of English (B2 level) and Italian language (minimum A2 level)
You excel in time management, planning, Internal customer orientation and stakeholder management
- You communicate effectively with others
