Crew Planning Officer
Department: Operations Location: Verona Villafranca Contract: fixed-term We are looking for a Crew Planning Officer in Verona Villafranca.
He/she will support the effective planning and deployment of flight crew and cabin crew, according to existing regulations and safety standards.
Key responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly crew pairings.
Support flight crew and cabin crew rostering processes.
Support crew training planning activites, especially line training monitoring of flight crews.
Support monthly crew leaves administration.
Liase with Crew Coordination office, handle real time operational problems and provide logical solutions.
Perform quality checks to given planning scenarios.
Ensure productivity and operational requirements are met in a legal, safe and cost effective manner.
Skills Intermediate MS Office skills especially with MS Excel.
Familiar with I. T.
systems in general.
Strong communicationskills.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands.
Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize successfully the job.
Be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken) #J-18808-Ljbffr
