You will need to define and execute CRM strategy, with the goal of increasing the value of the customer base, accelerating revenue generation by working on customers and extending the marketing database.

You will analyze campaign results, identifying key insights, optimizing database segmentation, and creating and sharing performance reports.

**In your typical day, you will**:

- Set up campaigns directly on the sending platform by measuring the results and evaluating any strategic changing;

- Analyze and monitor the activity of the customer base;

- Define and analyze user segmentation in order to define specific communications for each target audience, improving retention;

- A/B testing;

**Requirements**:

**We are specifically looking for you if you have**:

- knowledge of Hubspot;

- know how to create cross channel strategies following the user's customer journey;

- a data driven mindset;

- strong organizational skills;

- intrapreneurship and ability to find solutions independently when needed;

- proactivity: we want to hear your voice;

- flexibility: you will work on large projects and micro tasks;

- ability to work in cross functional teams;

- an orientation to giving and receiving feedback openly;

- 3 or more years of experience in similar roles;

- experience in start-ups is a plus;

- experience in B2B is a plus;

- excellent knowledge of the English language;

- interest in sustainability.
